Sometimes during the week work can become overwhelming. A few weeks ago, I took the time to explain how it’s important to take a break from your job during the week. I decided to have a Sunday Funday and “try” not to do anything related to work. However, this was somewhat a fail as I still ended up doing chores and running errands around my house. I’ve realized that sometimes it can be hard to take a break when you know there are tasks you need to complete outside of work.
